Tumai is Shona word that means Send. We are here to complete important tasks for diasporans in a timely, trustworthy and professional manner.

Tumai was born out of the frustration experienced by most diasporans after failing to find reliable and trustworthy individuals to get simple tasks done. Many diasporans just want to send someone to complete a task or access services without being scammed, having prices inflated or worrying that someone will misuse the funds.

We are here to bridge that gap.

Submit your Errand Request (ER)

Make sure you are as detailed as possible and capture what you want done, when and how. Provide contact information of any persons to be contacted.

We review your Errand Request

We want to make sure we have clearly understood your errand. We may ask you to provide additional information.

You deposit errand funds into a trust account.

We hold the funds in the trust account until the errand is complete. We’ll use our funds to make any payments required to complete the task while the funds are held in the trust account (max: $500)

You release funds from the trust account.

After confirming the task is complete and you are satisfied with the work, you release the funds from trust account. You also provide feedback for future improvements.
